This video describes a project carried out with a probation service in 2008 by the Delivery innovation Team (www.diteam.org.uk) to provide a safe and secure electronic repository for key documents belonging to service users that were often lost but essential for rehabilitation steps such as opening a bank account or renting accommodation.
